What's cookin', everybody? We hope everyone's allergies aren't getting the best of them, and if they are, well, that is most unfortunate. Get better soon so you can come out and party with us! Speaking of parties, let's make them happen starting this weekend.
Tomorrow night, Saturday 4/24, we're back at Spence Cafe in West Chester. It's the last Saturday of the month, so let's send it out on a rager! Make sure not to miss this one because we're off next month (don't worry, we'll be back). THEN, on Sunday, we'll be at The Drake Tavern in Jenkintown. Last summer at The Drake was a great time chillin' out on the deck. This year, if the weather decides it doesn't want to cooperate, no worries because we'll move it inside! Show starts at 4 PM and we'll be playing 3 sets and wrapping up around 8. If you can't make Sunday's show, we'll be there on a few more Sundays over the next 2 months. Those dates are May 2 and 16 and June 6 and 13. If you forget, it's cool, we'll remind you again in about a month.
Next Friday, April 30, we'll be opening the High Tide Jamfest at The Rusty Rudder in Dewey Beach, DE! Our set starts at 9PM SHARP and there are a bunch of other great bands on the bill that night. This is our first festival of the season, and from what we've heard, it's a REAL good time! Oh yeah, did we mention it's FREE?

Saturday June 12 we are headlining at THE NOTE in West Chester! Joining us on the bill will be our friends Three Legged Fox and a group of really great guys from Maryland, Fiction 20 Down. We're all Home Grown Music Network breddren and we're going to bring a serious night of Roots, Rock, and Reggae to The Note!
Fast forward about a month and on Saturday July 10 we'll be making our Penn State debut at the Central PA Festival of the Arts. That's right, Arts Fest, baby! We'll be performing on the Allen Street Stage from 4 to 5 Saturday afternoon. If you've been to Arts Fest, you know how amazing this event is. If you haven't, you're missing out on one of the biggest, best run, annual, multi-day parties in the region. Oh yeah, it's also FREE and all ages are welcome!
One more (for now); Friday August 13, we're playing Musikfest in Bethlehem PA. Like Arts Fest, this event is a giant music lover's utopian dream. This festival features multiple stages of incredible music from all over the country, from the best local acts to legendary international recording artists. We'll be playing on the Volksplatz stage from 3:30 to 4:30. For this show, we will be joined on stage by our friend and one of the area’s best Reggae percussionists, Paul "Rootsy" Downie. We're so pumped we can't even begin to describe it. Again, it's FREE and all ages!
We'll also be doing a bunch of shows in Atlantic City, and we'll drop all of the dates and times on you in the next newsletter. Until then...
